Soft Seal Double Offset Electric Butterfly Valve High Performance

DCL double eccentric butterfly valves are widely used in oil & gas, chemical, metallurgy, power, air separation, water and cooling industries. With zero leakage design, the lip seal seat can also be replaced easily. The light driven torque of valve can match a smaller electric actuator, which can make whole electric valve cost saving. Kinds of valve body materials are optional, such as WCB, stainless steel, aluminum bronze and nickel alloy. Fire-proof structure is designed and tested per API 607 standard. The seat materials are PTFE, PEEK or PPL, so valves can also be used for steam medium.

The high performance electric valve is CE marked. Explosion proof environment is also applicable with ATEX/IECEx/UL/CSA certificated electric actuator. The connection styles are wafer and flange optional.
